Posting for the ever-anonymous, highly anticipated, and super popular DRIZZLE fest begins 1st September.
We will be posting every day at least 2 entries per day and our weekly roundup / reading day will be on Mondays. We have over 30 entries (and even more in the end as some folks are on extension -) The fest is running through September and possibly through early October – so scheduling is a humbling electrical storm. As always, I try to be as transparent as I can be with our members, so I won’t be able to provide a posting schedule, as some would like to know when their particular entry will be posted. Just keep in mind that stories/art are, for the most part, posted in the order they are received. We hope you enjoy the fest as there’s lots of favourite characters, popular ships, and rare-pairs in fic, art, and podfic. Excited, as always, to run this fest for the 9th (or so… I lost count) year.

[PIMP] Fest Announcement

We are pleased to announce the First Wizarding War Fest!
This is an anonymous, prompt-based fest for fic and art featuring the First Wizarding War as significant to the work.
The setting of the fanwork can be anytime before October 31, 1981. It must be about the First Wizarding War in some way. This is your chance to explore topics such as factors that led to the war; characters fighting in the war; or how the war shaped society.
We would love to see works that explore how Voldemort came to power; how Severus and his friends became Death Eaters; or what shenanigans the Marauders came up with during their first battle.
We also welcome AUs that still focus on the first war. What if Harry time-traveled back to 1950? Would he stop Voldemort or fall in love with him? What if Harry time-traveled back to 1979 and helped Regulus find the locket? Hell, what if Lily Evans turned dark and teamed up with Bellatrix to take over Britain? The options are endless!
We encourage a wide range of ships and characters for this fest.

Claiming for HP DRIZZLE fest will begin on April 20.
Hi everyone! So the prompt list is compiled and ready for the 2022 DRIZZLE FEST. You can view it ++here++. Claiming will go up on the 20th of April, Wednesday. All claiming is first come, first served basis. If you are planning on claiming on the first day, I would recommend that you please select more than one option just in case your first choice is taken.
Drizzle Fest is designed to be chill. So don’t stress out and talk to us if you are unsure about something.
Note, you can only claim one prompt at a time. If you claim 2, your 2nd request will be ignored. You can claim your 2nd prompt after you’ve submitted the 1st one. Claiming post is the sign up post.
