New Mod Announcement and a few changes.

Hi folks, I hope you're all doing well.

Just wanted to make an announcement that I am no longer the head-mod or any kind of mod, really, for hp_drizzle. crazybutgood will be taking over as mod for at least the 2023 fest and maybe beyond. The fest will predominantly take place on tumblr w/ announcements and stuff and works will be posted on AO3. I will do my best to ensure dates, deadlines, and requirements are also copied over here but if you are dedicated to participating, you should follow on tumblr or at least save the dates when they are announced. Tumblr = hpdrizzle

It's been a wild ride for 10 years and thanks for all the memories and also thanks for the half a dozen mods who helped me over the years. The genius is in the room.
