Hello friends, this is just a quick reminder that fics/art are due in one month - August 15.  Please remember to send a SEPARATE EMAIL with subject of: submission / dropping / extension etc... (your user name and prompt #)

SUBMISSIONS are due to hpdrizzlemods@gmail.com on or before August 15.

How to submit:
1. You can send your work in an email to us. Make sure all the HTML tags are in. If you need help with HTML tagging - here's a link: https://hd-writers.dreamwidth.org/416945.html
2. You can upload the work directly to the AO3 COLLECTION. If you do not know how to do this PLEASE ASK FIRST. There's also this TUTORIAL here for you.
3. Art - you can email us the art or upload it on AO3.
4. PLEASE ADD "DRIZZLE_MOD" as co-creator if you decide to upload it on ao3 yourself.
5. You'll need a header - see below.
6. The email you send to us during submissions needs to have the following subject: Submission. FIC/ART. Prompt #. Author/Artist. (EXAMPLE: https://i.imgur.com/QSgafQN.png)

This fest is anonymous so what that means is that you can't post your fic/art anywhere until the fest is over. (OVER OVER - LIKE AFTER OCTOBER)

Once submitted, you can claim another prompt, if you wish.  Please remember that fic must be at least 1000 words long and beta-read; art can be in any media or style. If you need a beta, look up beta communities on livejournal such as: hp_betas, hp_betas_wanted, find_me_a_beta, and beta_search. Or tell us if you do not have a beta! It is best to FINISH your work and look for a beta ASAP. It's harder to find a beta if you're not done with your story. Artists do not need a beta.

Hi guys, fly-by post about submission. If you know how to you can upload your story or art on ao3 yourself here. MAKE SURE TO POST TO COLLECTION and then type up your whole story details, tags, etc...

You email us the header. Without changing the HTML code. The header, for all new people, is what we use to post on livejournal, dreamwidth, and tumblr. It's the introduction to your work, and the link takes you to ao3.

Please email us the header with your story or the link to your story on ao3, after you have "post to collection."

If you are confused, please email us. (I can't stress this enough...) posting your story to ao3 collection is very very very important. Then your story is in a queue, and I approve it for the fest. The fest is anonymous until reveals. Meaning, your story or art will post on its designated day (when the fest starts on 1st September) and at the end of the month, the reveals will show who wrote what.
