FIC: Drinking, fucking, and rain [Draco/Charlie]

This is brilliantly written. Draco's turmoil over drinking, and Charlie is wonderfully created. The last paragraph is perfect, to end with hope. As Studs Terkel, used to say, 'Hope dies last'.
