CLAIMING POST (OPEN UNTIL AUGUST 7TH)

After receiving some gorgeous prompts, it is now time to claim them! Each prompt may be claimed once for fic and once for art. Claiming closes on August 7th, submissions are due on August 15th and we will start posting on September 1st.

PLEASE CLAIM BY REPLYING TO THIS POST AND FILLING OUT THE TEMPLATE BELOW THE CUT. ALL COMMENTS ARE SCREENED, DUE TO THE ANONYMOUS NATURE OF THIS FEST.

How Claiming Works:

-Choose three prompts in order of your preference. You will only be assigned ONE prompt, if possible your first choice.
-Claims will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
-Again, each prompt can be claimed once for fic and once for art.
-The prompts claimed for fic are marked blue, the ones for art yellow. Those who've been claimed for both and aren't available anymore have a green background. Yay, house unity!
-Your fics do have to be at least 1.000 words long, and there is no upper limit. Should your fic turn out to be longer than 10k, please let us know where to split it.
-We will confirm your assignment per e-mail as soon as possible; if you don't hear from us within 24 hours, feel free to poke us!
-As soon as you've submitted your work, you may claim another prompt, whether this is after the claiming deadline or not.
-Claiming closes on August 7th at approximately 23:59 UTC.

-If you cannot find a prompt that strikes your fancy, don't worry! You can also claim your own prompt, but please let us know in your sign-up!

-You can let others claim a prompt for you, but please make sure that they specify whom they are claiming for and provide your contact information, not theirs.

-If everything should go wrong and you find your muse leaving you, please contact us as soon as possible! We both understand that things come into the way and I promise that we really don't bite, but it costs you and us a lot of time and energy and we won't be impressed if you just disappear into nothing. We might have to remember that, too. Seriously, just talk to us. As long as you stay in touch, everything will be fine! (And we'll also happily grant extensions if needed, so don't hesitate to ask!)

We have so many amazing prompts, we'd love to see as many of them filled as possible! So please, continue to spread the word and bribe encourage your fanwork-loving (even those who don't know yet that they love fanworks) friends to come and join the fun! More pimping material will be up shortly.

Yeah, almost all comments go into spam in this post (no idea what's wrong with that), but I'm unspamming them as soon as I see them, so don't worry :)
